"The loan process was fairly streamlined. If I had a criticism to make it would be to provide a more guided process with a checklist system or something so people can be less surprised by an upcoming deadline when they happen. At some point there was a critical failure in communication where my housing contract did not make it to Assurance when it was supposed to and I got rate locked at a higher rate than I would have.
